What I used:
8 tangerines, peeled and sectioned
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted over a double boiler
(Chip-It's brand in Canada, Hershey's brand in the USA are #peanut-free)
makes about 75 dipped sections
Store in a sealed bag or container, in the refrigerator, for several days.....if they last that long.
For a cold treat freeze and eat.

I totally want these! Luckily for me the freezer's too full right now for anything else or I'd make them and eat them all myself before my man gets home...
