Or, we could just make one?
My completed mission was comprised of the following:
Phase One: Chicken Souvlaki
Phase Two: Tzatziki
Phase Three: Greek Pitas
Now let the PITA WRAP ASSEMBLY BEGIN!!
Start with a Greek Pita -click to view recipe
Add a shmear of Tzatziki- click to view recipe
Next, some chopped Chicken Souvlaki - click to view recipe
Top with some sliced tomatoes...
and kalamata olives...
Add some nice green leaf lettuce...
aaaaand, a little more Tzatziki, for posterity's sake...do it for the children!
Fold over that pita, and eat!!
(jazzhands!!!!)
Yum! That looks so tasty and healthy!
ReplyDeleteYes, that was my rationalization...as I ate two...double fisted.

Thanks for the pita recipe. I always end up buying them, and I think they would be so much better made from scratch.
