The Ultimate Greek Pita Wrap

The Ultimate Greek Pita Wrap ~said in the Monster-Truck-Announcer's voice - who, also announced Journey in the 80's, and subsequently moved onto the Monster Truck circuit upon the band's breakup...poor guy.

We could also try the Oprah voice:  The Ultimate GrrrrEEEEEk PITaaaaa WRAAAAAAAP!

Or, we could just make one?
My completed mission was comprised of the following:
Phase One:  Chicken Souvlaki

Phase Two:  Tzatziki

Phase Three:  Greek Pitas

Now let the PITA WRAP ASSEMBLY BEGIN!!

Top with some sliced tomatoes...

and kalamata olives...

Add some nice green leaf lettuce...

aaaaand, a little more Tzatziki, for posterity's sake...do it for the children!

Fold over that pita, and eat!!

(jazzhands!!!!)
